Fall 2008 Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

NASDCTEc is pleased to extend an invitation for your organization to serve as a sponsor of our 2008 Fall Meeting in Mystic, Connecticut at the Marriott Mystic Hotel. The meeting will take place September 7 - 11, 2008. We hope you are able to join us. The registration and hotel reservation deadline is August 11, 2008. Below is information on our sponsorship levels and a sponsor sign up form. We are modifying the studios sponsor sessions for this meeting. In lieu of a regular studio, if you elect to sponsor at this level, you will be given a slot at one rotation of the innovation roundtables session. The roundtables are designed to give states a more informal way to share and learn. We piloted this in North Carolina last fall with great success. There are usually around 6 - 8 roundtables occurring simultaneously and there are three rotations of the roundtables. If you choose to sponsor at this level, you will be given a roundtable for one rotation. This is a unique opportunity to present before the NASDCTEc membership. The innovation roundtables are taking place the afternoon of September 10. We are limiting the number of sponsor roundtables to 2 for each rotation of the sessions.
