In addition to special CTE-focused events and forums, NASDCTEc hosts two major professional development events each year—a Spring policy-focused event and a Fall event focused on highlighting research and best practices. The National Career Technical Education Foundation (NCTEF) also hosts its National Career Clusters Institute in the summer, when CTE practitioners, leaders and partners convene to exchange ideas and learn from model CTE programs from across the nation.
