2022 Advance CTE Fall Meeting 

October 17 - 19, 2022

The Advance CTE Fall Meeting will take place in-person at:

Step 1: Complete the registration form

If you are an Advance CTE member, you must be logged in to receive the Member registration rate. 

An invoice will be produced within three business days of registration. Please note that agreement to COVID-19 vaccine protocols and an event waiver are part of the registration form.

Step 2: Complete hotel reservation

Unfortunately Advance CTE's room block is currently full and we are unable to increase our room block. Here are some options for your hotel stay:

BWI Airport Marriot (same hotel, but outside of our room block)

Courtyard Baltimore BWI Airport (shuttle between hotels every 20 minutes)

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, BWI Airport (next door to BWI Airport Marriott)

Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport (behind hotel which is about a 1/2 mile walk to the BWI Airport Marriott)

Step 3: Provide COVID-19 vaccination confirmation 

Attendees will be asked to provide their COVID-19 vaccination status and upload a copy of their proof of vaccination as part of the registration process. If unable to upload a copy of your proof of vaccination during the registration process, please upload a copy here by October 1.

Regular Registration Member: $750

Regular Registration Non-Member: $925

Join as an Advance CTE member to receive member registration discounts. 

Your meeting registration includes access to all events held from 5 p.m. ET on October 17 to noon on October 19, 2022, including one dinner, two breakfasts, and one lunch.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policies 

All cancellations must be submitted by email to meetings@careertech.org. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 20, 2022. Cancellations received between September 20 and September 30, 2022, will be refunded 50 percent of the registration fee. Cancellations received starting October 1, 2022 will result in no refund. If a registration has been made and the registration fee is not paid prior to the cancellation request, the registrant is still responsible for any applicable unpaid fees. Meeting no-shows will be responsible for paying the full registration rate. Advance CTE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays, illnesses or other issues in regard to personal travel. No refunds will be given due to these occurrences, once the cancellation window has closed.

 

Advance CTE follows the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidance, applicable state and local requirements and the following safety and mitigation protocols. Fall Meeting attendees commit to following this guidance when registering. In particular, we encourage a review of the CDC testing and masking guidance. 

In order to register for the Advance CTE Fall Meeting, all attendees and guests must upload an official record of full vaccination for COVID-19 (acceptable forms include photo of CDC Vaccination Card or official state vaccination record). If you have already provided this documentation for a prior Advance CTE event, you do not need to do so again.

All non-vaccinated attendees will be required to provide a negative test result of a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) taken no more than 72 hours prior to the beginning of the conference on October 17, 2022.  Vaccinated attendees are strongly encouraged to perform a COVID-19 test prior to travel. 

Advance CTE will communicate final protocols, based on current CDC and state or local requirements and in consideration of the current public health risk,  via email to all attendees no later than one week prior to the start of the event.
