All cancellations must be submitted by email to meetings@careertech.org. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by close of business August 24, 2018. Cancellations received between August 25 and September 7, 2018, will be refunded the registration fee minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received between September 8 and October 5, 2018, will be assessed a processing fee of one half of the applicable registration fee. Cancellations received starting October 6, 2018, will result in no refund. If a registration has been made and the registration fee is not paid, the registrant is still responsible for any applicable fees or penalties. Meeting no-shows will be charged the confirmed registration rate. Advance CTE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues in regard to personal travel. No refunds will be given due to these occurrences, once the cancellation window has closed.
I understand that the BWI Airport Marriott reserves the right to charge the prevailing federal government prescribed per diem in effect at the time of the meeting. This may result in an increase or a decrease in the room rate I was quoted at the time of my hotel reservation.
By registering, I am granting permission for the use of my name, voice and/or likeness related to my participation in any event affiliated with the 2018 Fall Meeting. I waive all rights to any compensation and approval of the images, audio and/or printed and electronic material in which they are used. I release Advance CTE and its employees and agents from any claims, damages or liability.
