All cancellations must be submitted by email to meetings@careertech.org. To receive a full refund of registration costs, a cancellation request must be received by close of business May 25, 2022. Cancellations received starting May 26, 2022, will result in no refund. If a registration has been canceled after May 26 and the registration fee has not been paid, the registrant is still responsible for paying the registration fee. Meeting no-shows will be charged the confirmed registration rate and will not receive a refund. Advance CTE is not responsible for issues related to conflicts or inability to attend. No refunds will be given due to these occurrences, once the cancellation window has closed. In the event that Advance CTE cancels the meeting, a full refund will be given back in the form of the original payment within 30 days.
