2022 Advance CTE Fall Meeting
The Fall Meeting will host a set of peer-led discussion roundtables. Please share a few topics that you would like to have discussed during these roundtables.

I understand that my participation in events like the 2022 Fall Meeting may involve a risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. I understand that despite precautions, it is possible I will encounter persons who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 or even may have COVID-19. I knowingly assume all of these risks. On behalf of myself as well as my family and heirs, to the greatest extent allowed by law, I release from liability, and waive all claims against, Advance CTE, its officers, directors, and employees for harm, injury, damage, or death suffered by me should I contract COVID-19 or other disease as a result of my travel to, or attendance at, the 2022 Fall Meeting, even if arising from the negligence of any such released person.
In order to register for the Advance CTE Fall Meeting, all attendees and guests must upload official record of full vaccination for COVID-19 (acceptable forms include photo of CDC Vaccination Card or official state vaccination record). If you are unvaccinated due to a religious or medical exemption, you can attend Fall Meeting by providing a negative test result of a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) taken no more than 72 hours prior to the beginning of the conference on October 17, 2022. The documentation must include the type of test, the healthcare entity that issued the test, the test date, and the name of the person being tested. If you attended the State Leadership Retreat, you do not need to provide a copy of your vaccination record as it is already on file.

All cancellations must be submitted by email to meetings@careertech.org. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 20, 2022. Cancellations received between September 20 and September 30, 2022, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received starting October 1, 2022 will result in no refund. If a registration has been made and the registration fee is not paid prior to the cancellation request, the registrant is still responsible for any applicable unpaid fees. Meeting no-shows will be responsible for paying the full registration rate. Advance CTE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays, illnesses or other issues in regard to personal travel. No refunds will be given due to these occurrences, once the cancellation window has closed.
By registering, I am granting permission for the use of my name, voice and/or likeness related to my participation in any event affiliated with the Advance CTE Fall Meeting. I waive all rights to any compensation and approval of the images, audio and/or printed and electronic material in which they are used. I release Advance CTE and its employees and agents from any claims, damages or liability.
