PIPEline to Career Success provides school leaders with a tool to assist in recruiting and retaining more learners with disabilities into transition pathways within Career Technical Education (CTE)/ Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) careers.

Part II of the report breaks down the key barriers for learners with disabilities and their families in accessing CTE programming, offering a “quick find” tool for the research and strategies to better integrate this special population into STEM career programming.
