As the field approaches the first two-year mark since the initial Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNAs) were conducted, Advance CTE and the Association for Career and Technical Education partnered to interview an array of state and local Career Technical Education (CTE) leaders to elevate lessons learned and offer recommendations for enhancements going forward to ensure the CLNA fully meets its promise of improving the quality of and equitable access to CTE programs of study for each learner.
