The alumni of the Postsecondary State Career Technical Education Leaders Fellowship at Advance CTE – sponsored by ECMC Foundation are addressing the current challenges associated with providing high-quality CTE programming to all postsecondary learners. Based on their extensive backgrounds in education and participation in the Fellowship, these postsecondary CTE leaders offer a nuanced perspective on program and institutional administrative practices and policies.
The alumni the Fellowship are from varied postsecondary positions from deans of departments at community colleges, four-year university instructors, and associate state postsecondary CTE directors to adult education administrators housed in K-12 institutions. They are mid-career CTE professionals with a clear goal of postsecondary state leadership.
