The rapid acceleration of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has moved this technology from a niche tool to a powerful, general-purpose force capable of reshaping nearly every industry.
During this event, leaders from ACTE, Advance CTE, and CTE Futures discussed how CTE programs can ensure learners are prepared to thrive amid accelerating social and economic disruption driven by technological innovation. Dr. Cameron Sublett provided an overview of our recent joint report on the impact of AI on CTE programs and industries and introduce the Applied Co-Intelligence Model. Then, a panel of CTE experts discussed the implications of the report’s findings for CTE leaders and local programs. Together, we highlight what steps are needed to position CTE for the future.
