As Senior Policy Associate, Haley directly supports Advance CTE's state policy initiatives, implementation strategies, and member engagement activities with specific attention to equity and high-quality career pathways. Haley is a native of Tampa, Florida. She holds a Master of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Prior to joining Advance CTE, Haley worked at a nonprofit organization in Indianapolis serving as the Director of Research and Policy focusing on advancing equitable education initiatives.
