These principles mirror ATD’s vision that community colleges serve as catalysts for individual and community transformation —providing inclusive, quality education resulting in economic mobility. As we encourage colleges to take bold leadership roles in their communities, combatting racism and building stronger pathways with K-12 and workforce partners, the recommendations in CTE Without Limits are a confirmation of our shared goals.
