Eloy Garza is a dedicated advocate for work-based experiential learning, serving as a marketing lecturer at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Robert C. Vackar College of Business & Entrepreneurship. He holds degrees from Morningside University and Georgetown University, plus an entrepreneurship certificate from The Wharton School. Creator of the “Student-Led Agency” methodology, Eloy bridges the gap between academia and industry, empowering students while supporting local businesses. Recognized nationally for his innovative teaching methods, he has also served as a dual credit CTE instructor, Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) advisor, and CTE coordinator. Beyond education, Eloy is a USA Track and Field (USATF) level two certified track & field coach, coaching several Texas state champion shot put and discus athletes.
