CTE Postsecondary Pathways for Student Success—Learn, Earn, Live

This project aims to increase the enrollment of students identifying as Black or African American in CTE programs at the Calhoun Area Career Center (CACC). The established SMART goals of the program outline how current enrollment strategies will be assessed to identify and address barriers students are facing. The desired outcome of this work will be a 20% increase in enrollment for the dual enrollment programs at CACC.

Advance CTE Fellows are gaining the skills and connections to pursue state leadership positions and advance high-quality, equitable state postsecondary CTE systems.
