This toolkit from the Lumina Foundation and Research for Action (RFA) features multiple examples of exemplary credit transfer and learning recognition policy. It is intended to be used by state leaders to examine their current environment for consistent ways to recognize, reward and transfer learning. This resource will be of interest to postsecondary CTE leaders who are looking for strategies to track and recognize individual learning. The toolkit details five policy priorities that should be included in an All Learning Counts statewide agenda and includes explary state models for each:
