This policy brief is the fourth in a series designed to help build better career pathways.
This brief explains the sources and benefits of braiding funding, highlights promising practices for braiding funding in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Montana, and Oklahoma and provides recommendations to enhance high-quality funding alignment and sustainability practice:
- Align stakeholders and systems around a common goal;
- Conduct an analysis of career pathways-aligned funding sources and streams; and
- Have a sustainability plan to mitigate shifts in funding.
