Postsecondary education is now a requirement to access high-wage, high-skill, in-demand jobs. Each learners’ postsecondary path looks different, with some learners’ paths culminating in non-degree credentials. However, not every non-degree credential will lead to high-wage, high-skill, in-demand jobs.
