College in high school programs help learners prepare for postsecondary education by allowing them to earn credits towards a postsecondary degree in high school. However, learners with disabilities are often excluded from these opportunities. This resource from the College in High School Alliance builds upon its state policy roadmap to illustrate how state leaders can expand access to college in high school programs for learners with disabilities.
