Advance CTE: State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work is seeking a Communications Associate
to help implement a communications strategy that promotes the organization’s mission, vision
and work, with a focus on digital communications. The ideal candidate will have experience
creating and managing digital content, with a desire to build their communications repertoire to
include communications planning and creation of materials to promote and support
organizational initiatives and events. The ideal candidate must have a passion for working in a
mission-driven non-profit organization and be a detail-oriented team player committed to getting
results in a fast-paced environment. This position provides a unique opportunity to advance
creativity in organizational communications across a variety of platforms, and support the
organization’s effort to make the case for Career Technical Education (CTE) to a variety of
audiences so that each learner has access to high-quality and equitable CTE.
