Join this lunch and learn to engage with Advance CTE staff and leading states to discuss solutions to effectively and equitably communicate the value of Career Technical Education (CTE) in your state. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a small-group discussion that aligns with topics of interest, ideate with other state CTE leaders, and receive guidance on using ready-made messaging and communication planning tools. Advance CTE’s recent national research provides effective and equitable messages to communicate the value of Career Technical Education (CTE) to secondary learners and families. Over a dozen states have partnered with Advance CTE since 2017 to pilot innovative recruitment practices and develop strategic statewide recruitment plans for each learner to see themselves in CTE.
