As senior associate to the executive director, Daniel supports executive leadership and operations at Advance CTE, working closely with the executive director and operations team on conference logistics, membership operations, and organizational initiatives to help strengthen Career Technical Education (CTE) across the country.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and a master’s degree in business administration from Obafemi Awolowo University. Prior to joining Advance CTE, he served as a first responder, working as an emergency dispatcher coordinating real-time response across police, fire, and EMS. In that role, he was often the first point of contact in a crisis—triaging urgent calls, relaying critical information between the public and responding agencies, and helping coordinate multi-agency emergencies under pressure. That experience sharpened his ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-moving situations, skills he now brings to supporting Advance CTE’s executive operations. He is also the founder and CEO of Votalast, a company building AI-powered tools for job seekers.
