Dr. Dimitria Harding

Dr. Dimitria Harding was selected for the 15-member inaugural cohort of the Postsecondary State Career Technical Education (CTE) Leaders Fellowship at Advance CTE– Sponsored by ECMC Foundation. The 15-month national Fellowship strives to advance diversity state postsecondary Career Technical Education leadership through an intensive experience of workshops, coaching and a real-world project dedicated to build the knowledge and social capital to be a skilled, equity-minded leader. Dr. Harding hails from a CTE field, working for 15 years as a cytotechnologist before pursuing a career in higher education, and currently serves as Interim Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs at Anoka Technical College. She received a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a master’s degree in Community Health from Old Dominion University, a Doctorate in Business Adminstration, and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership.
