As a Senior Policy Associate, Haley directly supports Advance CTE’s state policy initiatives, implementation strategies, and member engagement activities with specific attention to equity and high-quality career pathways.

Haley is a native of Tampa, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education and a Master of Public Affairs with specializations in public management and policy analysis. Prior to joining Advance CTE, Haley was a classroom educator. During her time in the classroom, she engaged in a number of policy-focused fellowships. Since leaving the classroom, she has worked in Mayor Hogsett’s Office of Education Innovation as a policy and academic performance analyst. She also worked at RISE Indy as a data manager and then as the Director of Research and Policy focusing on advancing equitable education initiatives.
