As a senior policy associate, Haley directly supports Advance CTE’s state policy initiatives, implementation strategies, and member engagement activities with a focus on expanding access to high-quality career pathways.
Haley is a native of Tampa, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education and a Master of Public Affairs with specializations in public management and policy analysis. Prior to joining Advance CTE, Haley was a classroom educator, where she participated in multiple policy-focused fellowships. After leaving the classroom, she worked in Mayor Hogsett’s Office of Education Innovation as a policy and academic performance analyst. She later served as the Director of Research and Policy at RISE Indy, where she led data-driven initiatives to strengthen education systems and workforce alignment.
