This playbook from the Clayton Christensen Institute is intended to help K–12 and postsecondary leaders implement and adapt strategies, tools, and metrics that build and strengthen students’ networks. Students’ networks help support their well-being and can expand their postsecondary and career options. Each design step summarizes relevant research, strategies for translating the research into practice and examples from the field. The playbook also includes a guided worksheet that includes reflection questions to drive both design and measurement, as well as prompts to identify strategies to implement.
