This Career Readiness Metrics Framework presents a comprehensive list of metrics that span middle school through adulthood and provides a standard for practitioners, policymakers and researchers to evaluate whether learners are on track for and progressing through their career pathways. It should serve as a resource to help leaders at the state and local levels go beyond traditional accountability systems and select, refine and prioritize career readiness indicators from middle school through adulthood. This tool was developed with support from JPMorgan Chase & Co. through the New Skills ready network and the ECMC Foundation through the Advancing Postsecondary CTE Data Quality Initiative.
