The toolkit is designed to help states and institutions establish or enhance a talent pipeline and provide training, mentorship and opportunities for aspiring CTE leaders who are demographically representative of the learners they serve.

This resource is generously supported by ECMC Foundation.

Additional Resources: In addition to this toolkit, Advance CTE provides additional resources to gain knowledge on issues impacting high-quality, diverse postsecondary CTE programs and leadership programs, including the Elevating Knowledge Series featuring original research and present policy recommendations to highlight timely CTE research topics pursued by select alumni of the inaugural cohort of the Fellowship.
