The resource is organized by the following categories:

- Guiding Questions: allow you to identify the needs and appropriate steps within your state. Be sure to download the fillable workbook, a plug-and-play resource aligned with the guiding questions and recommendations to allow you to actively design your CTE leadership program as you work through the guide. The workbook also offers some additional tools to facilitate program development.
