Building a Diverse CTE Leadership Pipeline Toolkit Workbook

Building a Diverse CTE Leadership Pipeline Toolkit Workbook is a plug-and-play resource aligned with the guiding questions and recommendations from the guide to allow CTE leaders to actively design their CTE leadership program as they work through the guide. The workbook includes additional tools to facilitate program development. The Workbook is just one part of the Building a Diverse CTE Leadership Pipeline Toolkit suite of resources

The Building a Diverse CTE Leadership Pipeline Toolkit aims to help states and institutions increase leadership stability and achieve more demographically representative state CTE leadership, by providing resources, tools and use case examples from the Postsecondary State Career Technical Education Leaders Fellowship at Advance CTE —Sponsored by ECMC Foundation. The toolkit is designed to help states and institutions establish or enhance a talent pipeline and provide training, mentorship and opportunities for aspiring CTE leaders who are demographically representative of the learners they serve.

This resource is generously supported by ECMC Foundation.

Additional Resources: In addition to this toolkit, Advance CTE provides additional resources to gain knowledge on issues impacting high-quality, diverse postsecondary CTE programs and leadership programs, including the Elevating Knowledge Series featuring original research and present policy recommendations to highlight timely CTE research topics pursued by select alumni of the inaugural cohort of the Fellowship.
